Odubela John Olusegun, a senior advocate of Nigeria who has been a seasoned legal practitioner with over 25 plus accumulative years of experience across multiple legal, business as well as government owned industries.
Odubela John Olusegun has been in the legal profession as well as on several board of trustees, advisory capacity to some of Nigeria’s biggest revenue generating organizations where he functioned in foreign capital management, investments, asset managements, insurance, mergers and acquisitions dividends etc.
Before taking up a position as commissioner under Fmr. Governor Gbenga Amosun; he was head of the chambers at RickeyTarfa and Co representing domestic as well as international clients.
An alumnus of Ogun State University Ago Iwoye, a member of the Lagos State Chamber and also attended several prestigious institutions like the Harvard business school etc.
Olubukola Abitoye (ACI)
Olubukola Abitoye is one of Nigeria’s finest investment banking professional with expertise across assets management, insurance brokerage, FX services amongst others.
She has over a decade of professional experience and has a proven track record of closing multinational deals, Investment Management, Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, Investor Relations, Strategy and Structuring of Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisition deals.
Olubukola has played a number of key roles in driving strategy and financial transformation from banks such as Sky Capital, Skye Bank Plc, Stanbic IBTC Bank, United Bank for Africa and Keystone Bank Limited. She was the GM of Sky Capital, a member of Sifax Group and a Non-Executive Director in Skye Bank Sierra Leone.
A seasoned banker who holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Charisma University, North America in year 2014 and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State.

Adegoke Adegbami (MCIB)
Mr. Adegbami is a major player in Nigeria’s microfinance sub sector with about 20 years working experience in Financial Services, Audit Practice, Manufacturing, Consultancy and FMCG Sectors.
He holds MBA in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, and LLB from National Open University of Nigeria- Noun. Adegoke is an alumnus of Boulder Institute of Microfinance, Turin, Italy and School of African Microfinance, Mombasa, Kenya and Harvard Business School. He has attended Risk Management Program of Boulder Institute of Microfinance, Washington DC, USA.
He played an active role in the conversion of a number of Community Banks to Microfinance Banks and under his watch, Mainstreet Microfinance Bank has disbursed more than N50billion in micro loans with over One Hundred Thousand customers. Through his visionary leadership, the Bank has recently undergone a successful digital transformation process.
He sits on Boards of companies in the financial services, agriculture, trading and real estate sectors. A prolific writer, speaker and coach who has authored many books on subjects of Business, Management, Career, Personal Development, Entrepreneurship, Financial Empowerment and Leadership.
He is a 2016 winner of “African Prize for Leadership Excellence” & “Best Microfinance CEO” of the Year 2019 organized by International Centre for Strategic Alliances.

Salami Olagoke (Dr.)
Dr. Salami Olagoke is a versatile public sector financial manager, a chartered accountant and seasoned administrator. He parades the following academic and professional qualifications.
He obtains B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos Akoka, MSc in Industrial Education, MBA in Accounting and Finance and a PhD in Economics of Education all from the University of Ibadan. He also holds a PhD in Business Administration from Charisma University (USA).
He’s a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (FCA), Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria (FCTI), Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (FCNA) and a member of Public Finance and Accountancy (ACIPFA) UK.
He joined the Civil Service of Oyo State in 1987 as Accountant (II) and became the Accountant General of Oyo State from (2011 – 2014) when he retired after 27years of meritorious service.
He’s currently a Non- Executive Director of Orilonise Micro-Finance Bank, the CEO of L. Salam Chartered Accountant/Tax practitioner, an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Lead City University Ibadan and a project supervisor/facilitator at National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Ibadan Centre.
Olufemi Seyi (Dr.)
Dr. Olufemi Seyi graduated from the University of Ilorin College of medicine, he commenced his career as a medical officer at the federal medical centre Jalingo then as a medical supervisor at Mount Pisgah Hospital Limited. He resigned from medical practice to set up his first business within the publishing industry, he sold off this business for profit picking up an appointment within the health Insurance industry where he rose with the space of four years to the head of client service for a leading health insurance company where he managed a portfolio in excess of one billion naira.
He has been involved in the set-up and product development of two nationally accredited health maintenance organizations, one in which he still holds a board position. He led the acquisition and was subsequently involved in the recapitalization of Greenbay Healthcare services Limited which required in excess two million dollars.
He co-founded Casafina Capital group, He is the MD/COO of Casafina Development Company.
He is the convener and lead facilitator for “The Money Course”. He has attended several trainings spanning across business development, and process management. He facilitates training on several platforms including sales, business development and effective business communication.
Olumide Ayeni (Dr.)
Dr. Olumide Ayeni is a legal practitioner with over a decade of experience in arbitration, commercial matters, legal as well as other legal advisory roles domestically and internationally in countries such as UK, Switzerland and France.
He has extensive experience in foreign loan syndication for Nigerian projects in importation/repatriation of foreign capital, investments and dividends. He has extensive experience as an expert in Commercial Arbitration, Trade and Industrial law, Legal Aspects of International Finance, Maritime Law, Economic Crimes and Torts.
He has also participated in the Bureau of Public Enterprises’ Organized Workshop Concerning Competition and Anti-Trust Measures in the New National Industrial/Trade Policy.
A registered arbitrator with the Nigerian Communications Commission and was appointed Honorary Special Adviser on Legal Matters & Governance to the Ogun State Governor (2011) and General Counsel to the Ogun State.
He holds an LL.B (Hons) Degree from the University of Ibadan, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, an LL.M Degree from the University College London, University of London and a Ph.D. Degree from the University of Southampton, UK.
